The 8 inch mahogany case is set with a concave brass bezel and has ebony stringing. The adjustment of the set hand is by a rather unique method using a cogged spindle which no other maker appears to have used....

The 8 inch mahogany case is set with a concave brass bezel and has ebony stringing. The adjustment of the set hand is by a rather unique method using a cogged spindle which no other maker appears to have used.
The thermometer box is original but the plate and thermometer are replacements together with the mercury wheel tube.
The Barometer has been restored in our workshops and is fully guaranteed.
