DELIVERY/PAYMENT

 FREE POSTAGE WITHIN THE UK FOR SMALL ITEMS

All small items like jewellery are sent free of charge, securely packaged and fully insured.
 

FURNITURE AND LARGER ITEMS

Please contact us for a quote.

We have our own vans and are fully insured for delivery within the UK. Items such as clocks and barometers are installed free of charge subject to the site being made ready for installation.

FULL 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 7 day returns policy for all items within the UK. If you are not happy with the item simply return it in its original condition for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.

You are not required to cover the cost of returning the item if the item is given back to the driver at the point of delivery. If the item is delivered and left with the customer, a return fee will apply (which is the same cost as the delivery fee).

Larger items cannot be returned once shipped outside the UK.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

We accept payment via PayPal or by credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express. 

Go to the checkout when your item has been added to your shopping cart and follow the instructions.

We also accept direct bank transfers. Please contact us for our Bank details.

SHOP OPENING HOURS:

We are open Monday – Saturday 9 am to 5 pm and at other times by appointment only.

As a family business and members of LAPADA and The Guild of Master Craftsmen we welcome visitors to our market town shop where we have been trading since 1971.
